Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Operations Manager – SAP Implementation to lead the transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SAP.

You will translate business requirements into SAP processes, validate data and integrations, and drive testing and adoption across Customer Operations. The role collaborates with IT, Finance, Sales, Logistics, EDI, and external SAP partners to ensure SAP supports end-to-end OTC and major retail/customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP, ERP implementation or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, migration or major transformation.
• Hands-on SAP with sales orders, order-to-cash, and pricing knowledge.
• Strong understanding of order management, master data, and invoicing.
• Experience with SIT/UAT/testing, data migration and master-data management.
• Experience with EDI and customer integrations preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements to SAP configurations and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation SME role across BC to SAP transition.
• Translate requirements into scalable SAP processes for OTC.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, test scripts, defects, and go-live readiness.
• Validate data, master data, pricing, and integrations.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and change management plans.
