Job summary

Not Your Mother’s is seeking an experienced Customer Operations Manager to lead the SAP implementation and oversee the transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC to SAP. You will translate business needs into SAP processes, drive testing, data migration, and cutover activities, and partner with IT, Finance, Sales, and Logistics.

You’ll own end-to-end OTC workflows, collaborate with external consultants, and ensure readiness across Customer Operations, while delivering robust process improvements

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP/ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP OTC and EDI transactions.
• Data migration and master data validation experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP design and cutover activities for the BC to SAP transition.
• Validate data, develop test scripts, and manage defects.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Logistics to ensure seamless OTC processes.
