Insync Staffing Inc. seeks a Customer Operations Coordinator to support SAP implementation, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC to SAP. You will document current processes, validate data, participate in testing, and help ensure a smooth transition for end users across departments including IT, Finance, Sales, and Logistics.

You will collaborate with external SAP partners and internal teams to address requirements, track actions, and support process improvements during and after go-live.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, ERP support, or related field.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, migration, testing, system adoption, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP processes supporting sales orders and order-to-cash; SAP exposure preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of order management, customer master data, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, and customer service processes.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, test-script execution, defect tracking, or end-to-end process testing preferred.
• Experience supporting data validation, reconciliation, clean-up, or master-data maintenance preferred.
• Exposure to EDI, customer integrations, or customer compliance requirements preferred.
• Exposure to 3PL, warehouse management, logistics, or inventory-related systems preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and comfort working with operational data.
• Strong organization, documentation, attention to detail, follow-up, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support SAP Implementation activities and assist with transition from BC to SAP.
• Document current processes and assist in validating data migration and master data.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, test-script execution, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate with IT, SAP consultants, and business stakeholders for requirements and follow-up actions.
• Assist with SAP cutover plans and post-go-live support.
• Help create training materials and SOPs for Customer Operations.
