Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, or ERP support.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, migration, testing, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, customer master data, pricing, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP implementation activities from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
• Document current-state processes and assist with future-state SAP workflows (OTC focus).
• Help with testing planning, SIT/UAT, and defect tracking for Customer Operations.
• Assist data migration, master data validation, and post-go-live support and training.
