Jobgether is seeking an experienced SAP HCM specialist to configure Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA) across global HR processes. You will analyze business needs, translate them into effective configurations, and maintain accurate HR data while supporting payroll integrations.
In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with business and IT teams, test changes, write specifications, and contribute to SAP HCM projects and upgrades,
Competenze
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules (TM, OM, PA).
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate into configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting and data integrity focus.
Mansioni
- Configure SAP HCM TM, OM, PA to meet business requirements.
- Maintain employee master data and HR processes for accuracy.
- Configure Time Management workflows: schedules, absences, quotas.
- Support payroll-related integrations with SAP HCM PA/TM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and convert requirements.
- Test system changes and resolve functional issues.
- Prepare specs and documentation for configurations and integrations.
- Coordinate with technical teams on custom developments and upgrades.
- Contribute to SAP HCM implementation and ongoing support.
