You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, lead functional specs, perform testing, and assist with upgrades and integrations with FI/CO and external systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP HCM functional experience.
• Deep expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.
• Experience with SAP best practices.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP HCM PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll per business needs.
• Implement enhancements and customizations using SAP best practices.
• Integration: Ensure integration of SAP HCM with FI/CO and third-party systems.
• Testing & Documentation: Prepare functional specs, test scripts, and conduct testing.
• Support UAT and resolve defects.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2/3 SAP HCM support.
• Monitor system performance and apply fixes.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals.
• Project Management: Participate in SAP HCM upgrade/migration projects.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support SAP HCM solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll) as per business needs.
• Implement enhancements and customizations using SAP best practices.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules (FI/CO) and third-party systems.
• Testing & Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and conduct unit/integration testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP HCM issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement fixes proactively.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
• Project Management: Participate in SAP HCM upgrade/migration projects and ensure timely delivery.
