Market Cloud Ltd. is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to configure and support SAP HCM modules (TM, OM, PA) and to analyze business requirements for effective solutions.

You will manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time management processes, while implementing payroll-related integrations with PA and TM. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP HCM, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in support, implementation, or upgrade projects.

Formación

• Expert hands-on experience with SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA.
• Strong understanding of personnel administration actions and org structures.
• Experience configuring Time Management, schedules, absences, and quotas.
• Familiar with Payroll integrations and SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Previous support, implementation, or upgrade project experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including TM, OM, and PA.

• Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
• Experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects.
