Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP Content & Demand Generation Lead to drive B2B content strategy and demand gen campaigns, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM. This remote, permanent, full-time role requires strong writing, analytics, and campaign management across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company site.

You'll collaborate with sales to qualify inbound leads, translate SME input into market-ready narratives, and optimize messaging based on data insights to fuel pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP/SuccessFactors or enterprise HCM domain in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven B2B content creation experience with writing samples.
• Proven experience running B2B demand-generation campaigns with sequencing/automation tools.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and YouTube publishing with basic analytics.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong written communication and adaptable tone for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the content calendar across formats (training materials, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts).
• Manage posting cadence and quality across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website; sustain thought-leadership voice.
• Design and execute lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels; manage sequencing and messaging cadence.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against KPIs; iterate on messaging based on data insights.
• Collaborate with sales to qualify inbound leads and close the feedback loop between content/messaging and pipeline.
