Job summary
CRH Americas Building Products is seeking an experienced MDM Functional Lead to configure, test, deploy, and support SAP master data solutions supporting governance and enterprise data initiatives. The role collaborates with MDM Architects, business owners, and SAP teams to align with future-state designs and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
The position requires strong functional leadership, data governance expertise, and hands-on SAP master data configuration across multiple domains, with remote work
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP functional experience including master data processes.
- Experience with Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier/Vendor, or Finance master data.
- Hands-on configuring SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA master data functionality.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality and testing practices.
- Experience creating functional specifications, configuration docs and test scenarios.
- Experience in manufacturing, building products, or supply chain is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own functional design and configuration for SAP master data across multiple domains.
- Translate architecture, governance and business rules into SAP configurations.
- Analyze requirements and propose SAP-standard configuration-based solutions.
- Maintain workflows, validations, and data quality controls.
- Prepare functional specs, configs, and process flows with traceability.
- Lead SIT/UAT, regression testing, and deployment readiness.
