Job summary

SAPSOL Technologies is seeking an energetic SAP Career Counsellor & Lead Generation Executive to support SAP training and career services. This is a remote night-shift role aimed at engaging prospective students, counselling them on SAP career paths, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Responsibilities include counselling sessions via phone, video, email, WhatsApp, and other channels; generating leads; and maintaining CRM records while meeting weekly enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or post-secondary education required.
• Minimum three years in lead generation, B2C sales, EdTech sales, educational counselling, admissions, student recruitment, telesales or inside sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong telephone-sales and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and video-meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently generate prospective-student leads across Canada and the United States.
• Target job seekers and working professionals across North America.
• Prospect via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, groups, webinars, referrals, email and phone outreach.
• Conduct outbound calls and personalized digital outreach.
• Qualify prospects based on education, experience, career goals and enrollment readiness.
• Conduct SAP career-counselling sessions and explain training programs.
• Convert suitable candidates into verified enrollments and manage registration and onboarding.
• Maintain complete CRM and Google Sheets records and meet targets.
