Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc is seeking a Project Coordination professional to support SAP implementations and end-user training. You will coordinate between consultants, trainers, and business users, plan sessions, and manage documentation.

Responsibilities include delivering trainings online or in classroom settings, creating manuals and SOPs, and assisting in SAP testing and post-go-live support. Weekend remote work is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Experience delivering SAP training (online or classroom).
Familiar with SAP modules FICO, MM, SD, or HCM.
Proficient in creating training materials (manuals, SOPs).
Ability to support end-users after go-live.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in planning and executing SAP projects.
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate between functional teams, SAP consultants, developers, trainers, and business users.
Schedule meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, risk logs).
Monitor progress and report issues or delays.
Ensure resources (trainers, materials, systems) are available on time.
Deliver SAP training sessions (online or classroom-based).
Train users on modules like FICO/MM/SD/HCM as needed.
Create training materials: user manuals, SOPs, quick guides.
Conduct hands-on training and system demonstrations.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
Support end-users during and after training (post-go-live).
Assist in SAP testing (UAT) and explain business processes.
Troubleshoot basic SAP issues during training.
