Guidehouse is hiring a Salesforce Solution Consultant (Business Analyst) to translate customer requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead discovery, design, and delivery across Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and more, collaborating with architects and delivery managers to ensure successful go-lives.

The role requires 3+ years in a related consulting role, Salesforce configuration, and strong workshop facilitation, with remote work options within the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience; relevant certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with the full services engagement lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to document designs through TDDs, process flows and configuration guides.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops to surface business challenges.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with SPSM and Well-Architected framework.
• Develop TDDs, solution blueprints, and configuration specs for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the engagement lifecycle.
• Serve as SME on Salesforce clouds during active engagements.
• Support UAT planning and defect triage with QA; contribute to go-live readiness.
