Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Solution Consultant in the Salesforce Practice to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work with delivery managers, architects, and client partners to drive outcomes from discovery through go-live and beyond.

The role emphasizes hands-on Salesforce configuration, workshop leadership, and collaboration across functional teams to deliver cloud-based services and data migrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis within professional services or delivery
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience; relevant certifications preferred
• Familiarity with full services engagement lifecycle from discovery to go-live
• Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops with business and tech stakeholders
• Ability to document solution designs via TDDs, flows, and configuration guides
• Comfort in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops to surface business challenges
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with SPSM and Well-Architected framework
• Develop TDDs, solution blueprints, and configuration specs for delivery teams
• Collaborate with architects, QA, Change Management, and Engagement Delivery Managers
• Serve as functional SME on Salesforce clouds during engagements
• Support UAT planning and defect resolution with QA
• Contribute to go-live readiness including data migration and training
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and onboarding initiatives
• Maintain utilization targets while delivering high-quality outcomes
