Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect. You will lead solution design, validate feasibility, and guide architectural standards across engagement teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2+ years architecting within Salesforce.
Salesforce certifications mandatory, including Developer, Consultant, and Architect.
Extensive background in pre-sales solutioning and architecture.
Expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud product sets.
Experience translating client needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and guide engineers.
Experience in Agile environments and delivering quality, secure solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify how a client’s architecture fits together and provide strategic and technical advice.
Lead pre-sales and engagement architecture activities and craft technical proposals.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Model processes, architecture, and data structures for client projects.
Develop enterprise information architecture and ensure alignment with business strategy.
Enforce architecture standards, libraries, and whitepapers.
Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architecture.
Support project managers through all stages of the SDLC.
