Job summary
LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Salesforce Voice Engineer to act as a hands-on SME for Salesforce Voice, OmniChannel, and Amazon Connect. You will partner with Solution Architects and Security teams to design, implement, and optimize voice-enabled customer engagement using enterprise AWS infrastructure and Connect customer instances.
You will configure, administer, troubleshoot, and enhance voice services, ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance within enterprise contact centers.
Qualifications
- Hands-on with Salesforce Voice Service Cloud Voice and OmniChannel administration.
- Experience supporting Salesforce with AWS and enterprise platforms.
- Experience enabling Bring Your Own Telephony architectures using AWS infrastructure and Amazon Connect.
Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce Voice Administration and routing for OmniChannel.
- Provide Amazon Connect and AWS platform support for voice workflows.
- Deliver integrated solutions and maintain operational governance for the platform.
- Lead delivery of integration solutions across Salesforce and AWS.
- Support platform security, reliability, and governance practices.
