Job summary

TechHuman is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions for high‑volume contact center operations. You will be the technical authority for Nonprofit Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and enterprise integrations, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities include guiding end‑to‑end architecture, data models, security, and integration strategies;

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or government-related Salesforce Cloud services.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and enterprise contact center integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, and middleware technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Nonprofit Cloud and Service Cloud Voice.
• Architect data models, security models, and integration strategies.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Five9, and other enterprise apps using APIs and middleware.
