Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to advance software development within our Salesforce program. You will collaborate with the product owner, engineering team and business to implement Service Cloud solutions, guided by architecture direction and Salesforce best practices.

You will research new technologies, contribute to design and testing, and ensure security and data confidentiality while delivering high quality software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Software Engineering experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience in Salesforce development and integrations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes alignment with Product Owners to understand and deliver on road maps.
• Utilizes standards and templates to produce high quality software.
• Participates in discussions to remove technical impediments and assists in estimating.
• Performs design and development for complex tasks as an active contributor to the project pipeline.
• Collaborates with Application Architects and Program Architects to identify, develop, test solutions.
• Takes ownership and provides technical leadership for production issues.
• Protects and properly handles confidential data to ensure security.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
• Demonstrates Ascensus Core Values in daily actions.
