Job summary

ALSAC in Memphis seeks a senior software engineer to provide technical leadership across the design, development, and support of multi-layered enterprise applications. You will mentor engineers and enforce best practices in front-end UI/UX, APIs, data schemas, and SecDevOps.

This role focuses on integrating customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud to enable insights, scalable data services, and stronger engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-layer enterprise applications across front-end, back-end, and data layers.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives across systems.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts and customers to plan future needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex software changes across multiple systems.
• Mentor Software Engineers I and II and conduct code reviews.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Explore emerging technologies and document solutions with best practices.
