Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across front-end, back-end, and data services. You will mentor junior engineers, drive architecture decisions, and advance customer data initiatives using Salesforce Data Cloud.

You will partner with analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure software solutions that enable data-driven engagement and insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in multi-layer enterprise applications (front-end to back-end)
• Experience in object-oriented and client/server technologies
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical initiatives spanning multiple systems and applications.
• Mentor Software Engineers I & II on technical analysis, problem solving, and reviews.
• Design, develop, and integrate customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable software solutions.
