Job summary

ICF seeks a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of a mission-critical Salesforce-based SaaS solution for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The QA Engineer will develop and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and ensure compliance with federal security standards.

Remote work is authorized; must support U.S. Eastern time zone working hours and reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Quality Assurance Engineer developing and executing test plans and scripts.
• 1+ years working on a large Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce-based system functionality.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to meet requirements and federal standards.
• Validate data migration for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design effective test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira and ensure timely retesting.
