Job summary

Agility Technologies Inc in Reston, VA is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance I to validate FedRAMP Moderate/High security controls, Section 508 accessibility, and AI/Agentforce output integrity. This remote role requires strong documentation, communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams across government and commercial projects.

You will create and maintain test plans, perform manual and automated testing with Selenium and JIRA, log defects, and collaborate with developers

Qualifications

5+ years of QA experience with focus on Salesforce Government Cloud.
Certified Salesforce Administrator and ISTQB Foundation Level.
U.S. Citizen with Public Trust eligibility.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps testing.

Responsibilities

Test Planning & Case Development: Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
Manual & Automated Testing: Execute both manual and automated tests using tools like Selenium, JIRA, or other automation frameworks.
Defect Identification & Tracking: Identify, document, and log bugs or defects in a bug tracking system; verify fixes and ensure no regressions.
Regression & Performance Testing: Perform regression testing to confirm new changes do not break existing functionality; conduct performance and security testing.
Collaboration: Work with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to review requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, data privacy, and accessibility guidelines.
Reporting: Provide clear, detailed test result reports to stakeholders and track QA metrics.
