Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or similar Salesforce technologies.
• 1+ year experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Active Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce-based solutions using declarative tools and custom development.
• Implement and customize Salesforce capabilities to support business processes, case management, workflows, portals, reporting, automation, and stakeholder engagement needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain integrations with external systems, ensuring secure data exchange in alignment with federal standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, production issues, integration errors, and performance concerns.
