Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification, Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Developer Certification (PDI/PDII).
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and LWCs.
• 1+ years with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and its framework components.
• 3+ years using Salesforce development tools (VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Workbench) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Public Trust or Active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required; must reside in the US.
• Experience with OmniStudio and federal cybersecurity standards.
• Experience performing DevOps activities including packaging, code scans, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce-based solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom code.
• Implement and customize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud for case management and citizen portals.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems with secure data exchange.
• Assist in data migration, including mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Write clean, well-documented code following Salesforce best practices and security standards.
• Create technical docs for deliverables and ATO requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance and scalability.
