Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and business processes.
Experience in manual testing and QA methodologies.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and workflows.
Validate functionality within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reviews.
Ensure overall system quality and data integrity.
