Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and business processes.
• Experience in manual testing and QA methodologies.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and workflows.
• Validate functionality within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reviews.
• Ensure overall system quality and data integrity.
