Job summary

Onterris, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Project Analyst to provide user support and administer our Salesforce instance and related systems. The role includes onboarding/offboarding, ticket-based support, reporting, and data integrity, with remote work options in the USA.

You will manage system configurations, assist with acquisitions, create training materials, and collaborate with developers on updates. A 2–5 year Salesforce background and Salesforce Administrator certification are preferred to

Qualifications

Associates Degree or higher from an accredited university.
Salesforce Platform Administrator I certification required.
2-5 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to work remotely with limited supervision.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person and/or remote support to Salesforce users and related systems.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks during acquisitions.
Perform system administration including back-end configurations and Flow automation.
Prepare and upload CSV files for data imports as needed.
Coordinate with developers to rollout system updates and enhancements.
Deliver Salesforce training and maintain training materials for internal knowledge base.
Support system upgrades, integrations, and testing of new functionality.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues via help desk ticketing system.
