Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience supporting nonprofit, education, or government sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Create and optimize custom objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules.
• Build flows, workflows, and approval processes to automate business tasks.
• Design dashboards and reports to support decision making.
• Migrate data, perform data cleansing, and maintain data quality and governance.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation; collaborate with stakeholders on requirements.
