Job summary

Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Salesforce Program Architect for a remote role. You will act as a technical sales consultant, building trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers within the Salesforce ecosystem, leading solution sales and joint engagements with Rosetree and partners.

You will conduct deep discovery, craft ROI-based business cases, deliver demos and proofs of concept, and coordinate across sales and delivery teams to ensure long-term customer success and platform

Qualifications

• Experience with professional solution-selling or pre-sales requiring business process analysis.
• Experience configuring and implementing Salesforce platform offerings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep, technical business process discovery and architecture workshops.
• Develop AI expansion strategies and roadmaps for Claude and Agentforce capabilities at scale.
• Own the business case for AI adoption - ROI, proofs of concept, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor platform utilization and identify adoption gaps to drive land-and-expand growth.
• Present Salesforce and other technology solutions via proposals, demos, and PoCs.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process and coordinate meetings across channels.
• Develop trusted relationships with Salesforce and channel partners.
• Provide post-sale support to assist delivery teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on new features and product launches from Salesforce and partners.
• Establish sales/delivery best practices and maintain CRM records.
