Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Proven Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect delivery track record.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture.
• Architect across Salesforce Platform, Sales, Service, Experience, FSC and Industry Clouds.
• Map requirements to Salesforce capabilities with minimal customization.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations.
• Define enterprise integration architectures using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and middleware.
• Govern data architecture, security, DevOps, and deployment strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and sessions.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive governance, quality, scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate capabilities and recommend long-term strategic solutions.
