Job summary

Astound Digital, a leading digital transformation specialist, seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead high-performance teams and translate complex customer needs into scalable enterprise solutions. You will own architecture from presales through delivery, leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities to drive rapid MVP prototyping and secure, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise experience in solution architecture for Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds.
Experience in multi-entity manufacturing, distribution, or B2B industrial environments with complex pricing/quoting.
Hands-on experience configuring Agentforce components and connecting agents to Flows, Apex and REST/MuleSoft endpoints.
Expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and grounding AI agents securely.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor technical development teams for Salesforce projects.
Drive presales activities: RFP responses, demos, and client presentations.
Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce best practices, integrations, and process improvements.
Own technical project health and resolve blockers with stakeholders.
Design human-centered solutions and rapid MVPs to prove value.
