Job summary

Atari seeks a highly organized Business Operations Product Manager to scale our operational infrastructure. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations or related functions.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience is required.
• Proven ability to design, document, and improve business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
• Experience creating user guides, training materials, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, data integrity, user support, platform optimization, and reporting alignment with business processes.
• Design, document, and improve commercial processes and workflows across media, entertainment, and IP businesses.
• Own operational workflows for opportunities, agreements, contracts, and Salesforce records, coordinating with Legal to streamline approvals and execution.
• Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and tools like DocuSign and internal repositories.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable systems-based solutions.
• Translate requirements into specs, plans, testing criteria, and rollout documentation for stakeholders and engineers.
• Verify system functionality and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Define reporting and dashboard requirements for opportunities, agreements, contracts, approvals, execution status, and performance.
