Unison is seeking a Product Manager to own the operations technology platform that powers lending, servicing, and customer experience. You will oversee Salesforce ecosystems, CRM, and integration layers, reading API specs and guiding engineers to optimize data flows and automation.

The role emphasizes hands-on Salesforce and integration fluency, with a focus on rapid iteration and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• 4-7+ years of product management experience with internal tools, business systems, or B2B SaaS products.
• Deep Salesforce experience; knowledge of data model, security, and sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Define the roadmap and prioritization for operations technology including Salesforce, workflows, integrations, marketing automation, and AI agents.
• Map end-to-end operational workflows and improve outcomes across account management, applications, underwriting, funding, and servicing.
