• 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
• Strong experience in end-to-end QA lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Multi-Cloud environments.
• Experience testing: Digital Experience; MIAW Chat; IVR Contact Center solutions; Amazon Connect integration; Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Knowledge of Data Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.
