Job summary

Consensus Cloud Solutions is seeking a seasoned Master Data Management (MDM) and Technology PM to join the Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on Salesforce applications, MDM methodology, and program delivery from concept through completion.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs meet business needs, stay on schedule, and align with budget expectations. Strong PM, CRM, and Salesforce knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce Administration experience and/or developer experience.
• 1+ years Experience with project management tools like Atlassian.
• 1+ years Experience writing process documents and creating flowcharts.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects including understanding of project life cycles.
• Experience researching CRM and sales processes to determine industry best practices.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
