Job summary

Group Voyagers is seeking a Program Manager for Master Data Management (MDM) on a contract-to-hire basis. The role is remote and open to US or Canadian residents authorized to work. The contract pays $52–$60/hour with a plan to convert to a full-time salary of $90,000–$120,000 annually.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in program management or PMO, plus 2–3+ years coordinating cross-functional teams and governance. Experience with MDM, CRM, ERP, or ServiceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years coordinating cross-functional programs.
• Experience with CRM, ServiceNow, ERP, or MDM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple teams and projects.
• Coordinate governance, status meetings and reviews.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to maximize business value.
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting.
