Job summary

HMH, a learning technology company, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own Salesforce program leadership across Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud initiatives. You will partner with sales, IT, and operations to translate business goals into scalable, multi-cloud solutions and drive on-time, on-budget delivery within an Agile or hybrid framework.

The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce program management, stakeholder communications, and hands-on governance.

Qualifications

8+ years Salesforce program/PM experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or transformations.
Proven track record of managing multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud capabilities.
Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills—able to communicate technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders by focusing on business outcomes and value.
Self-starter and strong leader capable of organizing teams to deliver quality and timely solutions to our internal customers.
Extensive knowledge of IT industry standard service delivery, operations, processes, standards, tools, and capabilities with a focus on applications and project management.

Responsibilities

Lead Program Leadership & Governance for Salesforce Clouds.
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects from kickoff to post-launch.
Define scope, milestones, and budgets; manage risks and resources.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Revenue Ops, IT and admins to gather requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and align with PMO standards.
Ensure successful integration with Informatica, Snowflake, ERPs, Eloqua, DocuSign.
Manage vendor relationships with implementation partners.
Oversee QA, UAT, releases, and adoption training.
