Job summary

Blue5Green is seeking a hands-on Salesforce engineer to lead technical delivery toward an Architect-level career. You will own the Salesforce workstream from design through production, while remaining deeply involved with Apex, LWC, integrations, automation, and platform engineering.

Based in New Jersey (Plainsboro Township), you will mentor developers, participate in architecture discussions, and partner with analysts, QA, DevOps and product owners to ensure scalable, secure solutions that meet

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Strong understanding of security, data modeling, governor limits and scalable patterns.
Proven experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and platform events.
Experience leading a development team while contributing code is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the technical delivery of Salesforce features from design through deployment and production support.
Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and architectures.
Lead design reviews, code reviews, and engineering discussions.
Mentor developers and raise engineering standards across the team.
Design and support integrations via REST/SOAP, Middleware, Platform Events, CDC.
