The role involves configuring users, roles, permissions, objects, and declarative features across environments, plus release management and security oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering large, production Salesforce environments.
• 1 year hands-on configuring users, roles, permission sets, Flows, reports, dashboards, and declarative capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required and ability to obtain a federal Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce applications in a federal cloud environment.
• Manage users, roles, permission sets, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules, and access configurations.
• Coordinate, schedule, validate, and execute Salesforce releases and deployments.
• Support data import/export, validation, and migration activities.
