Job summary

Devengine is seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist to own FSC administration, support, and enhancements for a wealth management client. This fully remote, LATAM-focused contract role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience with FSC exposure and strong English communication.

You will configure user access, provide production support, and build automation across the platform while collaborating with business users, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a comparable Salesforce operations role, ideally within a financial services or regulated environment.
• Baseline hands-on exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) — training is available, you shouldn’t be starting from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Salesforce FSC environment, including user setup, access, and permissions.
• Provide production support, resolving platform issues and keeping the environment stable and reliable.
• Build and improve automation — workflows, tasks, events, and related processes — to increase efficiency across the platform.
• Serve as the first point of contact for business users, triaging and troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems and follow issues through to resolution.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give the business clear visibility into its data.
• Manage data quality, including imports and ongoing data hygiene.
• Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce FSC and tools like Zocks, Fabric Data Warehouse, and PureFacts.
• Produce documentation, release notes, and user-facing materials.
• Train and enable users to get the most out of Salesforce, including onboarding new advisors.
