Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design of FSC solutions across wealth management, retail banking, lending, and customer onboarding. You will define scalable, secure, and high‑performing Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals.

You will drive FSC capabilities including Household Management, Financial Accounts, Referrals, and Interaction Summaries, while collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Salesforce FSC expertise with multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Integration Patterns.
• Financial Services and Banking domain knowledge.
