Job summary

FormativGroup, LLC is seeking a high-impact Salesforce Account Executive for Financial Services. This role concentrates on Wealth/Asset Management and Banking, driving bookings growth and expanding strategic accounts across the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will own consultative sales, build executive relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape multi-year engagements and AI-enabled operating models. Remote with travel; strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation to mid-market/enterprise.
• Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking or related financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $4–6M annual bookings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in financial services.
• Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional internal and partner teams.
• Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with 3–4x coverage.
• Represent FormativGroup in Salesforce-focused industry initiatives and events.
