Job summary

FormativGroup seeks a remote Salesforce Account Executive for Financial Services to accelerate bookings, win new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. The role requires consultative selling, strong executive relationships, and deep knowledge of industry business models.

The position offers a competitive compensation package and remote work with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

8–10+ years selling complex technology consulting to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or BWAM organizations.
Proven success acquiring new clients and expanding strategic accounts.
Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in the $4–6 million range.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder pursuits with presales, industry, and delivery teams.
Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and BWAM offerings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across wealth managers, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions.
Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate AE, Industry SME, Solution Engineering, Alliance, and Delivery resources.
Create account plans aligned to financial services priorities and measurable outcomes.
Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline (3–4x coverage of annual bookings).
Deliver accurate forecasts with pipeline progression, risks, and resource needs.
Collaborate with Salesforce and FormativGroup teams to ensure successful closures.
