Job summary

FormativGroup seeks a Salesforce-focused Senior Account Executive for a remote role with up to 50% travel. Own the full sales lifecycle, accelerate bookings, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial services.

Collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives, Industry SMEs, Solution Engineering, Alliance, and Delivery leaders to shape opportunities, coordinate multi-stakeholder pursuits, and negotiate terms for multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling complex technology consulting to enterprise clients.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services and BWAM segment preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder pursuits and coordinate presales, industry, delivery, alliance, legal, and executive resources.
• Strong executive communication and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop account and territory strategies spanning the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation through contract signature and account expansion.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across wealth managers, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead commercial strategy for major opportunities, including qualification, pricing coordination, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Deliver accurate and timely forecasts, including pipeline progression, close plans, risks, resource requirements, and anticipated client developments.
• Maintain disciplined opportunity and account management practices within Salesforce, with current next steps and forecast categories.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistent execution and achievement of bookings and revenue targets.
