Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years in Product Management or High School Diploma with 10 years in Product Management.
• Experience in Financial Services including Consumer and Business Banking, Treasury, and Merchant services preferred.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration options.
• Strong analytical and data discovery/interpretation skills.

Responsabilités

• Development – assist in all stages of development for a business product, including planning, design, execution and monitoring of product launches.
• Product Management – ensure products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy, collaborating with internal and external parties to implement enhancements.
• Market Analysis – analyze market trends, regulations, competitor options, and customer needs; recommend changes to increase profitability and product appeal.
• Customer Engagement – track customer experience and develop strategies to ensure satisfaction and acquisition.
