Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless AWS integration and reliable data handling. You will implement Apex, Visualforce, and LWC components while upholding best practices and security standards.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce designs, participate in Agile ceremonies, and continuously improve the platform for healthcare partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines; DevOps Center familiarity.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement declarative customizations and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP and other tools.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data quality in Salesforce.
• Participate in all SDLC phases including design, testing, and deployment.
• Uphold Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing Salesforce support and enhancements.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and implement improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
