Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other critical business systems. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams across AWS services to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce outcomes.

You will work in an Agile environment, building Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows, while maintaining data security and compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs - REST, SOAP, Batch jobs
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines - we work with patient health data so this is of the highest priority.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
