Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions, integrating with AWS services and other systems. The role emphasizes best practices, security, and driving business efficiency through technology.

You will work with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow, supporting the full lifecycle and cross-functional teams. Minimum 3+ years in Salesforce development, Sales/Service Cloud expertise, and Platform Developer I certification are

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
• GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps Center familiarity.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations (objects, fields, validation, Flows).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP and APIs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Contribute across the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, provide ongoing support, and stay current with new Salesforce features.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and reviews.
