Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions across Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate with AWS services, and ensure data integrity and security while following best practices.

The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, Sales/Service Cloud expertise, and Salesforce certifications, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, compliant health-tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations (objects, fields, validation rules, flows).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from design to post-implementation support.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices, security, and compliance.
