Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that integrate with AWS services.

You will implement both declarative customizations and code-based features, collaborating with product managers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure systems. The role requires strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs, plus experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and batch processes.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC from design to post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and suggest improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
