Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable implementations, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.

The role emphasizes secure, compliant development for patient data, with collaboration across AWS services and agile teams to drive efficiency and modernize healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD and DevOps Center.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations (objects, fields, validation rules).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all SDLC phases and provide post-implementation support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
